Pharmacy Services Department Head

What You'll Do:

• Lead Pharmacy Operations: Oversee pharmaceutical supplies and ensure medication safety, quality, and compliance with established standards.
• Drive Quality & Compliance: Develop SOPs, monitor hospital-wide quality indicators, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop Your Team: Lead, coach, and evaluate pharmacy staff to strengthen their competencies and professional growth.
• Strengthen Governance: Serve as Secretary of the Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee (KFT), ensuring effective meetings and execution of its work program.
• Build Strong Partnerships: Collaborate with doctors, nurses, internal departments, suppliers, and relevant external stakeholders to enhance pharmaceutical services.
• Champion Patient Safety: Monitor service performance, document incidents, and implement improvements aligned with departmental quality objectives.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Sound understanding of pharmacy regulations, standards, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
