Providing pharmaceutical services, such as reviewing and preparing prescriptions and providing information and education related to medications for patients and other healthcare professionals.
Responsibilities
- Reviewing and executing physician's prescriptions checking their appropriateness.
- Organizing the pharmacy in an efficient manner to make the identification of products easier and faster.
- Maintaining full control over delivering, stocking and labeling medicine and other products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (must have an active STRA and SIPA).
- Preferably 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist in a hospital.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacology, therapeutic drug monitoring, and patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
