Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, including program design, client assessment, and safe exercise progression.
Ability to conduct and lead Circuit Training sessions, with knowledge of structuring efficient, varied, and goal-oriented workouts.
Experience in Sports Coaching or athletic training, with the ability to support performance, conditioning, and injury-prevention goals.
Foundational knowledge of Nutrition as it relates to fitness and general wellness, and ability to provide basic guidance within professional boundaries.
Relevant certification in personal training or fitness (e.g., nationally or internationally recognized credentials) and current CPR/first aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, instruct, and build trust with clients of varying fitness levels.
Demonstrated reliability, time management, and professionalism in a gym, studio, or sports environment.
Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed to meet client schedules.
