Job Description


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction, including program design, client assessment, and safe exercise progression.
  • Ability to conduct and lead Circuit Training sessions, with knowledge of structuring efficient, varied, and goal-oriented workouts.
  • Experience in Sports Coaching or athletic training, with the ability to support performance, conditioning, and injury-prevention goals.
  • Foundational knowledge of Nutrition as it relates to fitness and general wellness, and ability to provide basic guidance within professional boundaries.
  • Relevant certification in personal training or fitness (e.g., nationally or internationally recognized credentials) and current CPR/first aid certification, or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate, instruct, and build trust with clients of varying fitness levels.
  • Demonstrated reliability, time management, and professionalism in a gym, studio, or sports environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed to meet client schedules.
