Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Trainer based in Tangerang. The Personal Trainer will be responsible for providing personalized fitness training and nutritional guidance to members, conducting individual and group training sessions, designing customized fitness plans, and helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals. The role also includes motivating clients, monitoring their progress, and ensuring a safe and enthusiastic environment for fitness enthusiasts.

Qualifications

• Personal Training and Fitness Instruction expertise, with knowledge of creating tailored fitness plans for individual needs
• Skills in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to design engaging and effective workouts
• Basic knowledge of Nutrition and its role in fitness strategies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with members and provide excellent customer service
• Passion for fitness and a positive, energetic attitude
• Relevant certification in fitness training or a related qualification is preferred
• Experience working in fitness or related industries is an advantage
