Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Sales Director, located in Bali, Indonesia. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing daily schedules, overseeing administrative tasks, supporting communication, and assisting with clerical duties. The role requires exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to ensure the Sales Director's workflow is effective and efficient.

Qualifications
  • Strong skills in Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and organizational tasks
  • Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with Clerical Skills, including document management and correspondence handling
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in office software and scheduling tools
  • Previous experience in a support or administrative role, preferably in sales or a related field, is an advantage
