Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary. 

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive personal and executive support to a senior executive.
  • Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate business and personal schedules to ensure efficient time management and prioritization.
  • Prepare, review, organize, and maintain legal, corporate, and confidential documents.
  • Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business-related materials.
  • Liaise with clients, business partners, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Attend meetings as required, prepare meeting notes, and monitor follow-up actions.
  • Conduct legal, regulatory, and business research when needed.
  • Monitor deadlines, commitments, and ongoing projects to ensure timely execution.
  • Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Accompany the executive on business trips and meetings when required.
  • Provide proactive administrative, legal, and operational support to facilitate smooth day-to-day activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant/Legal Officer, or minimum 3 years of legal experience combined with at least 2 years of secretarial experience.
  • Strong understanding of legal documentation, contracts, and corporate legal processes.
  • Possess strong secretarial and administrative skills, including scheduling, correspondence handling, meeting coordination, and document management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling confidential information professionally.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
