Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive personal and executive support to a senior executive.
- Manage calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate business and personal schedules to ensure efficient time management and prioritization.
- Prepare, review, organize, and maintain legal, corporate, and confidential documents.
- Draft correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business-related materials.
- Liaise with clients, business partners, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Attend meetings as required, prepare meeting notes, and monitor follow-up actions.
- Conduct legal, regulatory, and business research when needed.
- Monitor deadlines, commitments, and ongoing projects to ensure timely execution.
- Handle highly confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
- Accompany the executive on business trips and meetings when required.
- Provide proactive administrative, legal, and operational support to facilitate smooth day-to-day activities.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (Sarjana Hukum) from a reputable university.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant/Legal Officer, or minimum 3 years of legal experience combined with at least 2 years of secretarial experience.
- Strong understanding of legal documentation, contracts, and corporate legal processes.
- Possess strong secretarial and administrative skills, including scheduling, correspondence handling, meeting coordination, and document management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of handling confidential information professionally.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is an advantage.
