Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.


  • Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing communications
  • Schedule travel
  • Planning events
  • Offer both personal and professional aid to the Director, involving tasks such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, phone calls, travel plans, and more.
  • Carry out administrative and clerical tasks to support the smooth functioning of the office
  • Facilitate communication and coordination by conveying the Director's instructions and work arrangements to various departments within the company
  • Fulfill any additional tasks as required on a temporary basis.
  • Copying, scanning, and faxing documents, as well as taking notes.
  • Preparing facilities for scheduled events and arranging refreshments
  • Take care of Director(s) Personal Matters: Buying/Sourcing things
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.
  • Involvement in the development and implementation of business policies and different administrative procedures.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
  • Ability to travel


1. Fluent in both written and verbal English

2. Good communication skill

3. Strong accuracy and attention to detail

4. Possess a calm and professional demeanor to handle diverse situations

5. Ability to take on event coordination, research, and prepare reports and presentations

6. Strong ability to prioritize and manage daily workload effectively

7. Demonstrates a proactive problem-solving approach and sound decision-making skills

8. Doing miscellaneous tasks to support their manager

9. Able to drive a car

10. Willing to work on weekend
