Support daily administrative tasks, including preparing and organizing documents that require Director approval/signature.
Support basic correspondence (chat/email/phone).
Help prepare simple documents and work materials.
Take meeting notes and follow up on tasks as needed.
Handle basic ticketing tasks, including checking flight availability, issuing or rescheduling tickets, and coordinating with travel partners or clients as needed.
Requirements
Fresh graduate from any major (preferably Tourism or related field).
Experience or knowledge in ticketing (flight or travel-related) is a plus.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
Organized, detail-oriented, and initiative.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
