Compensation Package:
IDR 7-12 Million (commensurate with experience) + post-probation bonus

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled Personal Assistant & HR Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Your Role:
As our Personal Assistant, Office Manager & HR Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting the executive team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office, and helping us maintain a positive, efficient work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide executive-level administrative support (calendar management, travel bookings, communication handling).
- Oversee office operations, including asset management, vendor relations, and office upkeep.
- Coordinate general affairs such as company permits, procurement, event planning, and more.
- Assist HR with onboarding, record-keeping, and ensuring smooth employee communication.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to schedule interviews and manage HR-related documentation.
- Act as the bridge between management and staff to ensure smooth communication and resolve issues.
- Keep the office environment organized, productive, and engaging.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in executive assistance, office management, or HR.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proactive and efficient with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable using digital tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and task management systems.
- Experience in HR or general affairs is a bonus!
