Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree S1 in Communication, Marketing, Public Relations, Management, Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 year of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Social Media Specialist, or other relevant positions.
- Proficient in managing various social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others, with a strong understanding of current trends, algorithms, and platform features.
- Skilled in using design and content editing tools for digital content creation, including Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, InShot, and similar applications.
- Able to analyze social media trends and provide strategic recommendations for content development.
- Strong communication, coordination, and collaboration skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks effectively, and managing time efficiently.
- Highly creative in developing and producing engaging social media content.
- Willing to work on-site (WFO) in PIK 1, North Jakarta, and be mobile following the executive's schedule when required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the executive's schedule to ensure internal and external activities are well organized by arranging meetings, appointments, and coordinating with internal teams as well as external stakeholders.
- Prepare administrative requirements and supporting documents to ensure smooth operational processes, including preparing reports, meeting minutes, presentation materials, and maintaining proper document archives.
- Support the executive's daily operational needs and activities by arranging reservations, handling operational bookings, and coordinating various personal and professional requirements as directed.
- Develop personal branding concepts by conducting creative brainstorming, refining storytelling approaches, and preparing communication materials.
- Manage the personal branding content production process by capturing photos and videos of the executive's activities, collecting supporting content materials, and maintaining organized documentation of activities.
- Edit and produce digital content to create engaging materials aligned with the executive's personal branding, using photo and video editing tools and optimizing formats for different social media platforms.
- Manage social media account operations to ensure consistent digital communication, including scheduling posts, publishing content, responding to interactions, monitoring performance, and managing engagement across platforms.
- Handle communications related to partnerships, collaboration opportunities, and event invitations to support the Director's professional network development by coordinating with partners, communities, and external stakeholders.
