Job Description

Were hiring Support roles (Team leader, QA, and Trainer) for English Customer Service Representatives in Teleperformance Yogyakarta. This role will handle calls and offers great growth potential!

Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3 or Bachelor&aposs degree in any field (GPA 2.75).
  • Proven work experience as Team Leader, QA, or Customer Service Trainer for at least 6 months

  • Willing to work in a permanent night shift.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
  • Fast learner, independent, and ready to work.
