Job Description

Contract 1 years.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum D3/S1, preferably in Law.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in legal, compliance, legal administration, internal audit, ISO/document control, or process governance. Experience in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or transportation is preferred.
  • Familiar with Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (PDP) and Government Regulation No. 33 of 2026.
  • Understand basic regulatory compliance, business licensing, regulatory mapping, and gap assessment.
  • Able to support the development of SOPs, policies, and internal controls based on regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, Word, and PowerPoint, including data mapping, trackers, and summary reports.
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, willing to learn, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Job Description:

  • Coordinate with Operations, Legal, IT Security, IT, and HC teams for PDP implementation.
  • Collect information related to personal data processing and support meetings, workshops, and follow-up activities.
  • Monitor PDP implementation progress based on the agreed timeline and regularly update data mapping, gap, and remediation trackers.
  • Prepare progress reports and highlight any issues that need further follow-up or escalation.
  • Prepare and maintain PDP-related documents, including procedures, work instructions, forms, and checklists.
  • Support the preparation and review of ROPA and documentation required for training, audits, regulatory purposes, and management reviews.
  • Map personal data based on its type, purpose, access, storage, retention, and transfer.
  • Identify gaps against PDP requirements and follow up on the required actions.
  • Support initial assessments for new processes, systems, or vendors, including identifying potential DPIA requirements.
  • Support PDP awareness and training activities across warehouse and transportation operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality and perform responsibilities within the authority of the Staff level and under the Supervisor's direction.
