Performance Test Engineer

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Test Execution and Testing, with experience in applying structured testing processes to complex software systems.
• Candidates should possess practical expertise in Load Testing and Performance Analysis, including working with performance testing tools and interpreting system metrics.
• Candidates should possess the ability to develop and refine Test Strategy, aligning performance testing plans with business and technical requirements.
• Relevant experience with performance testing tools and frameworks (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or similar) is highly beneficial.
• Solid understanding of web and mobile application architectures, APIs, databases, and network fundamentals is preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with the ability to communicate technical findings clearly to cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working in agile environments and with mission-critical or high-availability systems is an advantage.
