Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Support end-to-end manpower planning process including headcount monitoring, manpower analysis, and workforce planning updates across divisions

• Monitor organization structure changes and employee movement to ensure alignment with approved manpower plans and business needs

• Support performance management cycle including KPI setting, performance appraisal, calibration sessions, and performance finalization

• Coordinate performance management timelines and follow up with related stakeholders to ensure completion across all departments

• Prepare and maintain performance management documentation, employee records, and performance analysis reports

• Support talent review, succession planning, talent mapping, and talent pool management initiatives

• Monitor employee promotion, transfer, and development readiness as part of talent management process

• Prepare periodic reports and analytics related to manpower, performance, and talent management for management review

• Coordinate with internal HC team and related stakeholders regarding organization development and employee movement discussions

• Ensure accuracy of HC data within systems and support continuous improvement initiatives related to performance and talent management processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major

• 4–6 years of experience in Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, or related field

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis

• Good communication, coordination, and presentation skills

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical thinking

• Willing to work from office (WFO) at Kuningan, South Jakarta
