Job Description
- Monitor and calculate unit availability, efficiency, and heat rate performance
- Conduct coal fineness sampling and analyze combustion performance
- Perform internal performance testing and operational analysis
- Prepare and provide data for monthly operational and performance reports
- Monitor and prepare weekly performance reports for management review
- Collect operational data and monitor equipment performance trends
- Monitor Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) in accordance with government regulations and environmental standards
- Support performance improvement initiatives to optimize plant efficiency and reliability
- Coordinate with Operations and Maintenance teams regarding plant performance findings and recommendations
Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in power plant performance, operations, or engineering analysis
- Strong understanding of power plant performance calculation and heat rate analysis
- Familiar with boiler combustion analysis and coal fineness testing
- Knowledge of Continuous Emission Monitoring System (CEMS) and environmental compliance
- Good analytical thinking and reporting skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and engineering performance analysis tools
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and under operational targets
Placement & Working Arrangement
- Placement in Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara (NTT), Indonesia
- Willing to work under site operational schedule and company regulations (NO ROSTER)
