Ecommerce Performance Ads
Role Overview and Responsibility :
- Drive successful marketing campaigns using online advertisements across multiple paid social channels and platforms in collaboration with the ecommerce team. (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Marketplace Ads, etc)
- Set the right KPIs and ROIs for each key metric, managing and optimizing budget
- Develop marketing strategies and implement marketing campaigns across digital platforms
- Provide recommendations and execute strategies for brands promotion, campaign structuring, targeting, display network
- Generating reports for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking according to the requirements
- Strong advocate in driving longterm brand awareness, development, and engagement for the growth of our customers
- Assist in brand communication strategy and ensure it contributes to the team's objectives of achieving brand goals and vision
Requirements :
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, or relevant major
- Strong commercial understanding, with a highly analytical skill set
of Google Analytics or similar marketing analytics tools
- 1-3 years of experience in Paid Ads platforms such as Google Ad, Facebook Ads
- Proactive learner with a positive attitude and collaborative mindset
- Strong ability to think outside the box to develop practical solutions
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and energetic with a passion for succeeding
- Adaptable and passionate about the fastpaced and challenging nature of the industry and fit the DNA of the company's culture and working environment
- Preferrable : Knowledge in FB Collaborative Ads, Marketplaces like Shopee, Tokopedia, Blibli, Bukalapak
