Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop paid ad campaign strategies based on funnel objectives (awareness, traffic, lead, conversion).
  • Execute and manage campaigns across platforms:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, Video)
  • TikTok Ads
  • Conduct audience research, run A/B testing, and adjust targeting accordingly.
  • Optimize daily/weekly budgets to increase ROAS and improve cost efficiency (CPC, CPL, CAC).
  • Create and manage campaign structures, ad sets, and ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce ad materials.
  • Ensure proper tracking implementation (GTM, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel, etc.).
  • Analyze campaign performance and compile regular reports (weekly & monthly).

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing digital ads (Meta, Google, TikTok).
  • Strong understanding of funneling concepts, pixels, and attribution models.
  • Proficient in reading and analyzing ad performance data using tools such as:
  • Google Analytics 4
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • TikTok Ads Manager
  • Looker Studio
  • Familiar with tag configuration via Google Tag Manager.
  • Basic skills in copywriting and creative briefing.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset
  • Detail-oriented and a problem solver
  • Communicative and able to work cross-functionally
