Performance Solutions Manager (Indonesia)

Our client, a world-leading provider of technology and services for the packaging and label industries, is looking for a dynamic Performance Solutions Manager to lead after-sales activities in Indonesia.

Role Overview

As the Performance Solutions Manager (PSM), you will lead and manage all after-sales activities within your territory. You will support and develop the existing customer base by understanding their operational needs and delivering tailored service solutions. You will build strong customer relationships, promote service products, and maximize market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Territory Ownership: Take full ownership of the assigned territory as a dedicated entrepreneur.
  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities, managing the process through to closing.
  • Account Management: Apply a key account management approach for major customers and develop comprehensive knowledge of their operations, budgets, and growth potential.
  • Process Analysis: Analyze customer production processes and provide value-added solutions based on technical expertise.
  • Market Intelligence: Provide insights on competitor activities, pricing, and new product developments.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Field Service Technicians and Sales Managers to share market insights and minimize machine downtime.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business discipline.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in the machinery or industrial equipment industries.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong knowledge of machinery; experience with Folding Carton or Corrugated Board equipment is highly advantageous.
  • Languages: Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Skills: Customer-oriented, with strong business development, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
  • Mobility: Willingness to travel regularly to engage with customers and understand their operational needs.
