Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Performance Marketing & SEO Specialist based in Surabaya. The role involves developing and executing performance marketing campaigns, conducting SEO audits and improvements, analyzing data to optimize marketing efforts, monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, and collaborating with teams to enhance overall marketing strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis capabilities as well as excellent Communication skills.
- Proven experience minimum 3 years in managing and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads).
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Proficiency in using web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and SEO tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Previous experience in the performance marketing & SEO field is a preffered.
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
