Job Description

Job Description (Responsibilities):

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms such as Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), TikTok Ads, and other relevant channels to drive direct sales and high-quality leads.
  • Budget & Bidding Optimization: Manage and allocate the daily/monthly advertising budget effectively. Continuously monitor bidding strategies to achieve the lowest Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and highest ROAS.
  • A/B Testing: Conduct continuous A/B testing on ad creatives, copywriting, landing pages, and audience targeting to improve Click-Through Rates (CTR) and Conversion Rates.
  • Data Analysis & Tracking: Implement and manage tracking pixels, tags, and UTM parameters. Use tools like Google Analytics to track user journeys, analyze conversion funnels, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports. Translate data into actionable insights and present recommendations to the Digital Sales Supervisor.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the broader Digital Sales and Brand Marketing teams to ensure ad creatives align with promotional offers, brand guidelines, and overall online sales targets.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 23 years of proven, hands-on experience in Performance Marketing, Paid Media, or Digital Advertising, specifically with a focus on e-commerce or online conversion.
  • Technical Skills: * Proficient in operating major ad dashboards (Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager).
  • Strong proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager).
  • Analytical Skills: Highly analytical and data-driven. Deep understanding of key performance metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), CVR (Conversion Rate), and CPM.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, high attention to detail, and the ability to adapt quickly to algorithm changes and market trends. Excel spreadsheet proficiency is a must.
