Performance Marketing Manager

We're Hiring: Performance Marketing Manager @ SugarFit (Onsite, Bangalore)

At SugarFit, our mission is simple but powerful — to reverse Type 2 and pre-diabetes through a science-first, tech-enabled, coach-driven health platform. We're one of India's fastest-growing health-tech startups, and we're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who's ready to drive growth and impact at scale.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore (Onsite)

Experience: 5+ years in Performance Marketing (preferably on the brand side)

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube), Meta Ads & Marketplace Ads.
• Define and execute campaign strategies, bidding approaches, and attribution frameworks to maximize ROI.
• Accurately forecast performance outcomes and budgets to drive strategic business growth.
• Analyze and optimize for key KPIs including CAC, CVR, ROAS, ACOS, TACOS.
• Partner with the creative team to deliver performance-first ad creatives.
• Continuously explore new tools, trends, and channels to scale campaigns efficiently.

What we're looking for:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing (brand-side experience preferred).
• Strong expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Marketplace Ads.
• Deep understanding of campaign planning, bidding strategies, forecasting, and attribution tools.
• Analytical mindset with proven ability to solve growth challenges using data.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Willingness to work onsite at our Bangalore (HSR Layout) office.
