At Fuse, we're redefining how insurance is discovered, bought, and serviced across Southeast Asia. We're hiring a
Performance Marketing Manager to own paid acquisition and drive measurable, scalable growth across digital channels.
What You'll Do
- Plan, execute, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels with performance as the north star.
- Own CAC, ROAS, CLTV, CTR, CPM, conversion rates, and other core KPIs; set targets and take rapid action when numbers move.
- Run a disciplined experimentation engine: creative and copy A/B tests, audience splitting, and landing page & funnel optimization to continuously improve unit economics.
- Build and manage media budgets for efficient scale while protecting ROI and compliance with platform and insurance regulations.
- Partner closely with product, data, creative, and business teams to translate product changes into acquisition levers and to operationalize growth loops.
- Implement and maintain attribution and measurement using tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, and AppsFlyer.
- Mentor/coordinate with external agencies or junior media owners where applicable.
What We're Looking For
- 36 years hands-on experience in digital/performance marketing (startup or fast-growth environment preferred).
- Deep practical expertise running paid media and optimizing funnels end-to-end.
- Strong analytical fluency comfortable with attribution thinking, LTV/CAC modeling, and working with analytics dashboards. Basic SQL is a plus.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product, analytics, and creative teams.
- Experience in or exposure to insurtech / fintech or marketing to offline/agent audiences is a plus.
- Proven track record of improving unit economics while scaling user acquisition.
Why join Fuse
- High-impact role owning the performance engine for a fast-moving insurtech company in Southeast Asia.
- Autonomy to design and run experiments, shape budget strategy, and influence product & growth priorities.
- Collaborative team, clear metrics, and direct reporting into growth leadership.
