Job Description

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate should possess a strong background in performance advertising with a focus on platforms such as TikTok, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and Google.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving results through paid media campaigns and engaging content. Preferably, the candidate should have prior experience in the SaaS or B2B industry, be active on social media, and be familiar with creating native content and staying updated with current trends.

Performance Advertising

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta, Google, and TikTok
  • Conduct A/B testing on targeting, creatives, and bidding
  • Track and improve KPIs (CTR, CPM, CPA/CPV, ROAS)
  • Analyze performance data and provide actionable insights

Content & Creative

  • Develop ad concepts and native content aligned with platform trends
  • Coordinate with designers/video teams to produce high-performing creatives
  • Maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery

Collaboration & Reporting

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including creative, analytics, marketing, and sales teams.
  • Present campaign performance and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years in performance marketing or paid media. Prior experience in the SaaS or B2B industry is highly preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads & Google Ads (TikTok is a plus)
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills
  • Experience creating or guiding ad creatives/content
  • Able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
