About the Rol
eAs a Performance Marketing Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various paid channels to drive customer acquisition and business growth. You will analyze campaign performance, manage media budgets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop data-driven strategies to maximize marketing effectiveness while supporting and mentoring junior team members

- e.Proficient in digital advertising platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Shopee Ad
- s.Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion) and customer journey mappin
- g.Proven experience in managing advertising budgets and optimizing campaigns to achieve ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPV, and other key performance indicator
- s.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and provide actionable recommendation
- s.Hands-on experience conducting A/B testing across creatives, audiences, placements, and campaign objective
- s.Solid understanding of audience targeting, retargeting, pixel/tracking implementation, conversion events, and attribution model
- s.Experienced in collaborating with creative teams to develop effective advertising content and campaign
- s.Experience working with KOLs/KOCs is a plu
- s.Proficient in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Google Looker Studio, or similar platform
- s.Strong communication, problem-solving, and project management skill
