We're searching for a someone who obsessed with efficiency and measurable results to rapidly scale our digital acquisition and lead quality.

Your Mission & Impact (3-6 Months):

  • Lead Quality: Direct and ideate winning creative angles and compelling copy to improvement in qualified lead conversion from organic & paid channels (essential for B2B growth).
  • Metric Improvement: Achieve a 20-30% increase in ROAS (or significant drop in CPA/CPI) across all brands and objectives.
  • Zero-Error Execution: Take campaigns from strategy to execution with 100% accuracy and speed, guaranteeing zero miss-tracking and on-time launches.
  • Data Mastery: Build and maintain consolidated performance dashboards (min. Looker Studio proficiency) to provide clear, single-source reporting, moving beyond ad platform dashboards.

What We Look For:

  • High-Paced & Data-Driven Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience as Digital Marketer, Performance Marketing, preferably gained within a performance-focused agency, high-growth startup, or fast-paced corporate environment. Demonstrated success in rapidly iterating on campaigns based on real-time data analysis (e.g., pivot campaigns based on 24-hour ROAS signals).
  • Creative Mindset: Strong ability to direct and ideate winning creative angles and compelling copy that resonates with niche B2C2B tech audiences.
  • Ads Expertise: Proven mastery of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads (scaling, optimization, and bidding strategies).
  • Experimentation: Possesses a systematic experimentation mindset, actively running a minimum of 3 meaningful tests per month (Creatives, Audience, Landing Pages).
  • Technical Funnel Knowledge: Understanding of the entire conversion funnel, including Google Tag Manager (GTM) basics for troubleshooting tracking errors.
  • Speed & Accuracy: High execution speed paired with strong analytical thinking to quickly interpret data (CPA, CTR, ROAS) and pivot strategy.
  • Having knowledge of SEO and AISEO is a plus.
