The role ensures delivery of timely, accurate, and insightful financial and operational analytics supporting decision-making across Finance, Operations, Sales, and Product functions.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of KPIs and performance metrics across all business areas.
- Maintain and continuously improve Finance and Operations data marts and reporting infrastructure in coordination with IT and Data teams.
- Support month-end closing by providing data extracts, reconciliations, and performance insights required for financial reporting.
- Develop, automate, and enhance recurring reports and dashboards (Power BI, SQL, TM1, SAP).
- Deliver data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and risks affecting portfolio, sales, and profitability.
- Partner with Finance Business Partners, Product Pricing, and FP&A teams to interpret data and support commercial decision-making.
- Drive and oversee automation projects to reduce manual workload and increase accuracy and timeliness of financial data delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, or Data Analytics.
- 5+ years of experience in performance management, financial analysis, or data analytics.
- Strong knowledge of financial and operational KPIs within consumer finance or financial services.
- Proven experience leading analytical teams and managing reporting or BI environments.
