Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage the end-to-end process of employee insurance registration (new hires, leavers, dependent changes) with the external vendor
  • Process company-paid benefits, such as benefit renewals, monthly invoicing, and financial administrations
  • Act as the initial point of contact to vendors regarding their benefits, insurance coverage, and/or perks
  • Maintain confidential records of all performance data, insurance policies, and benefits expenditure documents.
  • Ensure all administrative actions adhere strictly to the established Benefits SOPs and WI
  • Assist performance team in gathering, collating, and tracking employee and departmental OKRs/KPIs data across the organization.
  • Assist performance team in all administrations needed during OPR cycle.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Human Resources Management (HRM) or a related field.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel (intermediate level), including the ability to utilize essential functions like XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and data sorting.
  • Fast learner, proactive, and demonstrate the initiative to ensure all inputted data is correct and accurate.
  • Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail. Must possess high levels of integrity and a strong customer service orientation towards employees regarding their benefits.
  • Prior Internship experience in an HR function or a highly data-intensive role is strongly preferred.
