Role Description

Perawat Luka (Ners/D3 Keperawatan) is a full-time, on-site clinical role based in Bekasi. The professional in this position provides comprehensive wound assessment, performs modern wound care procedures, and monitors healing progress in collaboration with the healthcare team. Daily responsibilities include conducting patient consultations, documenting clinical findings, developing and implementing individualized wound care plans, and educating patients and families on wound management and prevention. The role also involves adherence to clinical protocols and infection control standards, coordination with other healthcare providers as needed, and active participation in continuous professional development and case discussions.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Ners or D3 graduate with valid Indonesian nursing registration.
  • Foundational clinical skills in wound assessment, dressing application, infection control, and basic nursing care.
  • Strong patient education and communication skills, with the ability to explain procedures and self-care instructions clearly.
  • Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced clinical environment, including thorough documentation and adherence to protocols.
  • Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and commitment to patient-centered care.
  • Willingness to work on-site on a full-time schedule, including shifts, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Previous experience or training in modern wound care is an advantage; willingness to participate in ongoing wound care education and certification programs.
  • Basic computer literacy for electronic medical records and reporting; familiarity with clinical guidelines and evidence-based practice is a plus.
