Status : Full-Time Employee

About The Role

We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and people-oriented People Strategy & Talent Specialist to support the organization's people strategy through talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance management, learning & development, and organizational development initiatives.

This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, conducting Workforce Load Analysis (WLA), developing manpower planning, administering performance management systems (KPI & Performance Management System), identifying learning needs through Training Need Analysis (TNA), coordinating employee onboarding, and executing employee development programs to ensure organizational capability and business growth.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical thinking, excellent interpersonal skills, project management capability, and a solid understanding of modern Human Capital practices.

What You Will Do

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from manpower request until employee onboarding.
  • Coordinate sourcing strategies through job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Conduct CV screening, competency-based interviews, and candidate assessments.
  • Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
  • Prepare recruitment reports, recruitment metrics, and hiring analysis.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical positions.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Workforce Planning & Organization Development

  • Conduct Workforce Load Analysis (WLA) to evaluate workload effectiveness and workforce utilization.
  • Develop and maintain Manpower Planning aligned with business expansion and organizational needs.
  • Analyze organizational structures and recommend workforce optimization.
  • Support job analysis, job descriptions, competency mapping, and organizational design initiatives.
  • Prepare manpower reports and HC analytics to support management decisions.

Performance Management

  • Administer the company's Performance Management System (PMS).
  • Coordinate KPI development and alignment with corporate objectives.
  • Monitor KPI implementation and performance review cycles.
  • Facilitate quarterly and annual performance evaluation processes.
  • Prepare performance analytics and recommendations for management.
  • Support calibration meetings and employee performance discussions.

Learning & Development

  • Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) based on organizational goals and performance gaps.
  • Develop annual training plans and learning roadmaps.
  • Coordinate internal and external training programs.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness using measurable outcomes.
  • Maintain employee training records and learning documentation.
  • Support leadership development and competency development programs.

Employee Onboarding

  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees.
  • Prepare onboarding schedules, orientation materials, and employee documentation.
  • Monitor probation progress and onboarding effectiveness.
  • Ensure new employees understand company culture, policies, SOPs, organizational structure, and performance expectations.

Human Capital Strategy & Analytics

  • Prepare HC dashboards and reports related to recruitment, manpower, training, and employee performance.
  • Analyze HC data to provide recommendations for organizational improvement.
  • Support implementation of Human Capital initiatives and strategic projects.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to HC processes and systems.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably handling Talent Acquisition, Organization Development, Learning & Development, or People Strategy.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Experience conducting Workforce Load Analysis (WLA) and Manpower Planning.
  • Experience administering KPI and Performance Management Systems.
  • Experience conducting Training Need Analysis (TNA) and coordinating employee development programs.
  • Good understanding of organizational development principles.
  • Familiarity with competency-based interviews and behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Good analytical and numerical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience using HRIS and recruitment platforms is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong project management and coordination abilities.
  • Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • High integrity, detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to continuous improvement.
