Job Overview

We are looking for People Strategic Intern to support our People team in various strategic HR initiatives, including organizational development, talent management, and talent acquisition. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who are passionate about people, culture, and continuous improvement within an organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in organizational development projects such as competency mapping, job analysis, and performance management.
• Support talent acquisition activities, including sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
• Contribute to talent management initiatives such as employee engagement and career development programs.
• Help manage HR data, reports, and documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support people-related initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Final-year student or fresh graduate majoring in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or related field.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Passionate about HR and people development.
