As a People Service & General Affair Associate, you will play a vital role in supporting our employees and ensuring their satisfaction and well-being. You will be responsible for handling a wide range of HR tasks, including HRIS, onboarding and offboarding administration, benefits administration, GA supervision, and others.
Job Responsibilities
Maintain and manage employee data in our HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Facilitate seamless onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
Configure workflows and data fields within the HRIS to automate HR processes.
Generate reports and analyze HR data to identify trends and support informed decision-making.
Oversee office management aspects such as supplies and stationery.
Maintain and upkeep office assets, Manage business travel and accommodations, process vendor payments and invoices with the General Affair Officer.
Prepare and process HR documents, such as reference letters, employment certificates, and other documents related to employment.
Provide administrative support for various other HR tasks.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in HR or General Affair, with some experience using HRIS systems.
Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
Proficiency in HRIS software and systems configuration.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa and English.
Detail-oriented, organized, and with strong time management skills.
