Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jakarta for a People Search Recruitment. The role includes sourcing and recruiting qualified candidates, managing the recruitment process, and implementing effective hiring strategies. Additional responsibilities include building a talent pipeline, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate candidate databases to meet the organization's hiring needs.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates across various job levels.
• Experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate candidate databases and managing recruitment tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is an advantage.
