We are a part of HSA Group in Indonesia is hiring People & Organization Development Officer

Requirement :

- Minimum Bachelor's degree

- Min 3–5 years of experience in Human Resources, especially Recruitment, Training, and Organization Development, have a HR professional certification is a plus

- Good data analysis skills using Microsoft Excel, HRIS experience is a plus

- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication, and reporting skills.

- Good command of English, both written and spoken.

- Willing to be placed in our business unit at PT. Pacific Bio Industry in Mempawah, West Kalimantan.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage recruitment, induction, and orientation processes, including providing qualified candidates based on departmental requirements and manpower budget.

- Manage organizational structure, manpower planning, vacancy data, Job Analysis, Job Description, Job Evaluation, and Workload Analysis.

- Design and implement Learning & Development programs, including Training Need Analysis (TNA), annual training budget, and training sessions.

- Manage career development, talent management, succession planning, Individual Development Plans (IDP), and trainer pool.

- Review and evaluate employee competencies and propose initiatives to enhance workforce capabilities.

- Manage employee performance appraisal processes based on KPI and competencies.

- Monitor, control, and report recruitment, training, and employee development activities to support management decision-making.

- Manage People and Organization Development activities in accordance with company HR policies and standards.

Collect and provide employee feedback to support employee engagement and a positive work climate.

- Follow up on HR-related instructions from the HR, GA & PR Manager to ensure smooth HR operations.
