About the role

As a People Ops Intern, you will provide support for the People System Development team's daily operational tasks and participate in HR system projects.

You'll be working on:

• Support the People System Development team in daily operational activities
• Provide level 1 support for employees related to HR systems
• Participate in HR system automation projects through testing activities
• Manage project documentation and collect user feedback
• Prepare technical documentation and user guides for existing and newly developed HR systems
• Assist in maintaining HR system processes and improvements

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields
• Familiar with programming languages such as PHP, Java, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
• Knowledge of frameworks such as CodeIgniter4 and NextJS
• Familiar with databases including MySQL, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Canva, Notion, Jira, and Postman
• Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Familiar with AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor and Claude
• Previous internship experience in a startup environment is a plus
• Good technical writing and documentation skills
• Available to commit to a 6-month internship period
