Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and results-driven People Operations Distribution Center to manage all operational HR activities across our DC sites in Sumatra, Sulawesi, or Kalimantan. This role is the go-to HR person on the ground — ensuring recruitment, employee lifecycle, industrial relations, and SHE programs run smoothly and in compliance with Indonesian labor regulations.

If you thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment, enjoy being close to operations, and are comfortable managing HR end-to-end across multiple sites, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

  • Recruitment & Talent Fulfillment — Run end-to-end hiring aligned with MPP; manage SLA and build talent pipelines via Disnaker, campuses, and job fairs
  • Rewards & Employment Lifecycle (HRIS) — Handle contracts, mutations, terminations, payroll coordination, and HRIS data accuracy
  • Industrial & Employee Relations — Resolve disciplinary cases and labor disputes; act as PIC for internal employee events (PEA, anniversary, umroh, etc.)
  • SHE Management — Ensure SHE programs run at all DC sites; coordinate findings, corrective actions, and safety culture
  • Stakeholder & CSR — Liaise with Disnaker, labor unions, and local government; execute CSR programs in the region
  • HR Admin Coordination — Keep all HR activities on track; prepare headcount, turnover, and recruitment reports for management

What We're Looking For

  • Min. S1 in HR, Psychology, Law, Business Admin, or related field
  • 3-4 years of HR experience; min. 3 years as People Operations / HR Generalist / HR Site
  • Background in distribution center, logistics, warehousing, or manufacturing is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on experience in industrial relations and employee termination processes
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Solid understanding of Indonesian Labor Law (UU Ketenagakerjaan)
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus
  • Willing to travel 30–50% across Sumatra, Sulawesi, and Kalimantan

Employment Terms

This position is offered on a Contract-Based (PKWT) basis, with potential for contract extension and conversion to Permanent Employment (PKWTT) based on performance and business needs.
