Responsible for a variety of People Operations service queries (includes onboarding, People Operations vendor billing management, and other People Operations administrative across country) and ensuring to solve them in a timely and professional manner.
Prepare and provide employment records and analytical data report in regular basis
Address employee service issues, such as complaints or other employee concerns.
Maintain relationship with stakeholders externally and internally by providing explanation from People Shared Services policies/guidelines
Be part of business process improvement and optimization
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from any major
3+ years experience in leading international organizations with HR Operations background
Have cross country HR operations background is preferable
Familiar with Business Process Improvement & Automation of Process by HRIS System (Darwinbox is a plus).
Put attention in to detail and have strong sense of accuracy
Proficient in MS Excel and its functions, including conditional formatting and other data analysis functions.
Be able to communicate in English concisely both in written and verbal
Strong customer-service orientation, sense of urgency in getting things done, and ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects
