What you will do :
- Partner with departments to identify training needs and develop learning strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Design, develop, and deliver training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives (internal & external).
- Create engaging learning materials and manage end-to-end training administration (registration, documentation, and database).
- Ensure effective execution of training programs in line with timelines, standards, and quality expectations.
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on training effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance learning programs, systems, and overall development processes.
We are looking for you, who:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field, with 2–4 years of experience in Learning & Development / People Development.
- Strong expertise in People Development, including conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and managing Competency Management frameworks.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging training programs and learning materials.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to evaluate program effectiveness.
