  • Lead and manage a team of learning & development specialists and talent management
  • Design and implement a comprehensive talent development strategy that addresses current skills gaps and future leadership needs.
  • Create and oversee diverse learning initiatives, including onboarding, leadership development, and technical or soft skills training.
  • Conduct talent assessments, manage succession planning, and build career path models to ensure a steady leadership pipeline.
  • Partner with HRBP to integrate L&D initiatives into performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Oversee L&D budgets and manage external vendor relationships
  • Track and report on the effectiveness of programs using relevant metrics

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Organizational Psychology.
  • 812 years of progressive experience in L&D and talent management.
  • Prior experience in banking or financial services preferred.
  • Proven track record in leading teams and managing projects.
  • Strong communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
