Job Summary
The People Development Intern will actively support the POD team in executing and maintaining various initiatives across Organization Development (OD), Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, and HR Improvement projects. This role provides operational and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the POD in organizing, coordinating, and preparing logistics and materials for internal training and talent development programs.
- Manage training administration
- Support the planning and execution of internal employee engagement events to strengthen company culture and foster connection among employees.
- Assist in gathering and processing baseline data related to OD projects (e.g., employee engagement surveys, competency mapping, or performance evaluations).
- Ensure proper documentation, data archiving, and knowledge retention to maintain a continuous and well-organized POD workflow.
- Help conduct desk research and benchmarking on HR best practices, people development trends, and policy improvements.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across divisions to collect project data under the guidance of the POD team.
- Assist in recruitment administrative tasks, including resume screening and shortlisting candidates for junior/internship roles.
Requirements
- Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly tech-savvy with a quick ability to learn and adapt to new HR software, platforms, and digital tools.
- Highly proactive, detail-oriented, with excellent time management skills.
- Adaptable to company culture with strong interpersonal empathy.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Available for a full-time internship for a duration of [3 - 6 months].
