Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Master's degree is an advantage.
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in People Culture, Organizational Development, Employee Engagement, Talent Management, or related fields.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide culture transformation initiatives.
- Experience leading cross-functional strategic projects.
- Experience working in a technology-driven or digital transformation environment is preferred.
