Job Description
As a People & Organization Development Supervisor, you will be part of the HR team and play a key role in designing, implementing, and evaluating people and organizational development initiatives. This role serves as a strategic bridge between management and employees, ensuring that talent development, performance systems, and organizational capabilities align with business objectives and company growth.
Get to Know the Role
In this role, you will manage end-to-end People & Organization Development programs, including talent development, performance management, leadership development, and culture strengthening. You will actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and organizational processes.
What You'll do
- Manage and implement People & Organization Development programs, including training & development, talent management, and succession planning.
- Support the implementation and enhancement of performance management systems (KPIs, performance reviews, and competency assessments).
- Coordinate leadership development and capability-building programs.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building programs.
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify organizational and people development needs.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of people development programs and initiatives.
- Prepare reports and analyses related to People & Organization Development for management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in People Development or Organization Development staff
- Strong understanding of talent management, performance management, and organizational development concepts.
- Situational leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment and skilled in multitasking.
- Creative, proactive, fast-responding, detail-oriented, and highly adaptable.
- Willing to work in Tangerang, Banten.
