About the role : As a People & Culture professional, you will play a key role in attracting, developing, and retaining talent while fostering a positive and inclusive organizational culture. You will work closely with leaders and employees to ensure that people strategies align with organizational values and business objectives.
Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
- Manage job posting and employer branding.
- Design and implement onboarding and employee engagement programs.
- Support the development and maintenance of organizational culture and core values.
- Provide administrative support for learning and development programs to Faculty Member and Professional Staff.
- Support performance management process.
Qualifications :
- Master's degree in Psychology, having an active licensure (SIPP) is preferred.
- Have relevant experience in Human Resources minimal 3 years.
- Have good knowledge of competency based HR systems include recruitment, performance management, culture management, and learning development.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
- Willing to be place at Universitas Prasetiya Mulya BSD Campus.
