People & Culture Officer to join our growing family.
This is NOT your typical admin job. You will be the first point of contact for our creative team, helping us build a fun, productive, and sane workplace. If you love people, organization, and a bit of chaos, you'll fit right in!
What You Will Do
Talent Scouting & Onboarding (The Scout)
- Help us find cool designers, writers, and strategists. You'll manage job postings on Dealls/LinkedIn and screen CVs.
- Coordinate interviews and make sure candidates have a great experience (no ghosting!).
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure new joiners feel welcome and supported from day one.
Employee Engagement & Events (The Vibe Creator)
- Plan, organize, and execute engagement events: Town halls, employee gatherings, team-building, cultural celebrations, and Friday lunches.
- Logistics Management: Handle end-to-end event logistics including budgeting, venue setup, rundown/program flow, and vendor coordination.
- Communication: Create buzz! Develop internal campaigns and announcements to boost participation in company events.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze post-event feedback to continuously improve our engagement activities.
HR Operations (The Nitty-Gritty)
- Handle day-to-day HR admin: Attendance tracking, Leave management, and updating employee databases.
- Assist in preparing monthly reports.
- Ensure our office rules are followed, but keep it human.
- Manage HR-related documentation and support payroll admin processes if needed.
Culture & Strategy Support
- Ensure all engagement initiatives align with our overall company culture and values.
- Track engagement metrics and provide insights to leadership on participation and impact.
- Support the Management team in building a better company culture through creative initiatives.
Requirements
Who You Are:
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years in HR / People Operations, preferably in a Creative Agency, Media, or Startup environment.
- The Vibe: High EQ (Emotional Intelligence). You know how to handle creative egos and tight deadlines with a smile.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiar with HRIS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and eager to use AI tools to streamline HR processes (we are an AI-forward agency!).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Indonesian. You can write announcements that sound human, not like a robot.
- Problem Solver: You see a conflict, and you de-escalate it before it explodes.
