The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic
People & Culture (P&C) Manager to lead our people agenda and shape the employee experience across our Indonesia operations. As part of a multinational consultancy engineering organization, you will play a pivotal role in aligning local P&C priorities with our global strategy, driving performance, engagement, and longterm growth.
In this strategic leadership role, you will manage the Indonesia P&C team, partner closely with senior leaders, and ensure our people programs are futurefocused, compliant, and positioned to support the needs of a growing business.
What You Will Do
As our People & Culture Manager, you will be responsible for:
Leading and Developing the P&C Team
- Provide guidance, coaching, and leadership to the Country P&C team.
- Build a collaborative, highperforming environment where the team delivers accurate, timely, and strategic advice to leaders and employees.
Shaping and Delivering the Local P&C Strategy
- Develop and execute the Indonesia P&C strategyaligned to the global P&C roadmap and relevant Business Groups.
- Represent P&C in leadership forums to ensure people's priorities and deliveries are well understood and effectively executed.
Strategic Business Partnership
- Work closely with the Country Manager and senior leadership teams to implement people's plans that support business goals.
- Champion Diversity & Inclusion initiatives and foster an inclusive, positive workplace culture.
- Support talent acquisition, career development, and retention strategies informed by market insights and data.
Ensuring Compliance and Operational Excellence
- Maintain strong compliance with Indonesian labor regulations and employment standards.
- Oversee endtoend P&C cycles including:
- Remuneration and reward
- Promotions and appointments
- Culture and engagement
- Performance and talent management
- Leadership development
Building Strong Partnerships and Driving One Beca
- Strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders and industry partners to enhance Beca's reputation in the Indonesia market.
- Collaborate across regions and disciplines to promote best practices, operational consistency, and continuous improvement.
About You
You are an experienced, certified P&C/HR professional with strong leadership capability and the confidence to operate in a diverse, fastpaced, and matrixed global organization. You bring:
- Broad HR generalist expertise across talent acquisition, workforce planning, performance and talent management, remuneration and reward, and leadership development.
- Strong senior stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a proven ability to drive inclusive culture and D&I initiatives. Proven ability to thrive in a matrixed, multicultural environment.
- Indepth knowledge of Indonesian employment law and HR compliance requirements.
- A datadriven mindset with strong analytical and decisionmaking capabilities.
- Experience in change management and project/programs management.
- A collaborative, continuousimprovement mindset, aligned with our One Beca way of working.
