STARbies, our internship program, is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the beauty and skincare industry. You'll work closely with experienced professionals across various divisions, contributing to innovative projects while developing your skills and enhancing your knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum a final year student or a fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Psychology, or related fields.
• Prior experience executing hiring or selection processes within university organizations, committees, or previous internships.
• Has experiences in using various job boards and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Glints, JobStreet).
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Skilled in process documentation and keeping up with the latest HR trends and industry.

Responsibilities:

• Find, select, and recruit the best-qualified people to join Scarlett Indonesia
• Assist a full cycle of talent acquisition (from job posting to onboarding process) using various techniques
• Help drive and maintain a positive employee experience, including supporting candidates and hiring managers during the probation period.
• Manage talent pool development for future hiring needs
• Manage job sources and review its effectiveness regularly
