About the role

As a People Acquisition Intern, your main role is to support end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. If you are someone who is eager to learn about hiring and employer branding, enjoys working with people and data, and wants to contribute to building effective and people-centered recruitment processes, then this role is for you.

You'll be working on:

  • Assist in managing, maintaining, and operating end-to-end recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with the People Acquisition team and hiring managers to support smooth and timely hiring workflows.
  • Source candidates and post job openings across job portals, social media platforms, and university career channels.
  • Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR screening interviews under supervision.
  • Coordinate and manage interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers to ensure an efficient selection process.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring documentation accurately.
  • Support employer branding initiatives, campus hiring activities, and recruitment events.
  • Assist in preparing recruitment reports and basic recruitment analytics for hiring insights.

Qualifications:

  • Final-year student or fresh graduate in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Strong interest in Talent Acquisition and HR.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Familiar with LinkedIn and job portals is a plus.
