About the Role

AIA is looking for an enthusiastic Intern to join our Pension Operations teamto support our daily operational activities. This role is perfect for someone who is eager to learn about pension & fund services processes, administration, and insurance operations.

Responsibilities:

• Follow up member enrolment form.
• Input member data into system.
• Clean up data quality issue.
• Performing document and data verification for all transaction submissions.
• At the end of this internship program, the intern must make a report on activities during the internship at AIA along with project result that have been carried out to be presented to HR and People Manager.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in management (or relevant), with minimum GPA: 3.00/4.00.
• Able to do internship for a minimum of 6 months period with full WFO arrangement in AIA Central - Jakarta.
• Strong communication skills, analytical skills and good team player.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
