Job Description

  • Provide day-to-day application support for CRM Creatio at customer site
  • Troubleshoot user-reported issues and liaise with internal/external development teams for resolution
  • Document and analyze issues to identify root causes and recurring trends
  • Deliver basic user training and support documentation when needed
  • Act as the communication bridge between end users and the technical team
  • Regularly provide report for ticket statuses and resolution in reviews and meetings
  • Bachelor Degree in Information System/Information Technology
  • Minimum 1-2 years experiences in the same role
  • Experience C# dan .NET Framework / .NET Core
  • Experience with any CRM-related low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Creatio, Salesforce, PowerApps, OutSystems, etc.) is a strong plus
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to dynamic environments
  • Prior experience in an application support or customer-facing technical role is preferred
  • Analytical Thinking, Decision-Making, Attention to Detail, Time Management, Documentation Skills, Clear Communication, Troubleshooting Skills, Customer Service Orientation
