Job Description
- Support and guide the team in achieving departmental or company goals,
- Effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders in Mandarin,
- Handle negotiations with clients or business partners from Mandarin-speaking markets,
- Participate in strategic planning for business growth in Mandarin-speaking markets,
- Ensure compliance with regulations and business ethics in Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Business, Management, or Asian Studies).
- Fresh graduated are welcome,
- Have experience in a related field,
- Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) to communicate with teams, customers, and stakeholders in Mandarin-speaking markets,
- Sound knowledge of the culture and business practices in Mandarin-speaking regions,
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities,
- Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively,
- Fast learner, and able to work under pressure,
- Able to business trip.
