This is a full-time on-site role as a Japanese Translator based in Semarang. The individual in this role will be responsible for translating Japanese language documents into Indonesian and vice versa, facilitating communication between Japanese and Indonesian stakeholders. Other duties include providing language support during meetings, assisting with administrative tasks, and ensuring that translations are accurate and culturally sensitive. Timely delivery of services while maintaining high-quality standards is expected.

• Proficiency in Japanese and Indonesian, with excellent translation and language skills
• Strong grasp of production planning and production management to assist in communication of operational strategies
• Familiarity with quality control, manufacturing operations, and operations management terminology is a plus
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate cross-cultural interactions
• Previous experience in a similar role or in the manufacturing industry is an advantage
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in a team environment
